The Flexpod Extension arms expand the customize-ability of The Flexpod mounting system. Add one of the available arms and position your FlexPod mounted device in virtually any position you choose.
The Femur
The Femur is a 5 inch solid aluminum arm used for relocating FlexPod modules. One end of the arm is tapped with the 1/4-20 thread used on all FlexPod modules and Mounting Brackets.
The Tibia
The Tibia is a 3 inch solid aluminum arm used for relocating FlexPod modules. One end of the arm is tapped with the 1/4-20 thread used on all FlexPod modules and Mounting Brackets.
The Splitter
The Splitter allows you to add 2 gauge cups of any available size to the same mounting point.

    I had bought the basic mount for an R53 MINI with the Garmin mount. That put the GPS right behind the wheel, so I had to come back and buy an extension. I got a Tibia and Femur. The Tibia moved the GPS clear of the wheel.

    One improvement I'd like to see is a tool-less threaded connector for the extensions and initial connection to the mount. If one bumps the item out on the extension you can "knock" either of the threaded connectors loose, which currently requires digging out an hey key (ALLEN wrench) to tighten to connector again.

    I have MINI Smartphone Mounting Kit, but it's kind of short, with the 3inch Extension arm, it's prefect.
