The SynkroMotive DC-750 Motor Controller

A brushed DC motor controller designed for mid-sized, freeway speed electric vehicles.
As much power as you’ll realistically need.

The DC-750 features;

135kw operation (up to 180volts at 750amps)
24-180 Battery Volt input
750 Amp output to the motor (We’re currently testing a 900 Amp output!! Spec update soon.)
Fully configurable, digitally controlled parameters.
Graphical User Interface (GUI) for advanced levels of programming
Forced air cooled for better thermal control without expensive liquid cooling. (weight savings too!)
Contactor control and pre-charge built in. Simply wire up the 2 control wires to your main contactor (not built into controller) and let it do all the work!
Programmable low speed reverse setting.
Break input safely overrides throttle input.
Forward and Reversing contactor control.
Advanced throttle curve calibration for smooth, predictable power delivery
RPM input to control and protect the motor from over-rev. (reads 4 pulses per revolution.)
State of charge output can be wired to your stock fuel gauge.
Temperature monitoring limits current output in a linear fashion as the internal temperature rises above the normal operating level.
Silent 20khz operation eliminates the electronic whistle and whine found in other controllers.
Custom dual gauges in the GUI can be set to monitor any configurable parameter, (RPM, Motor Current, Battery current, Motor/Battery Voltage, Torque, Horse Power, SOC, etc...)
Real time Data logging records to your PC in XML format for easy reading in programs like Excel.
