Scratch and Dent?
Occasionally, we get new parts or returns that have cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the functionality of the part. Rather than toss them in the scrap bin, we offer the parts for sale at a deeply discounted price. In many cases, the location of the blemish prevents it from even being seen once the part is installed. Like all of our products, we still guarantee it to be the correct fit and to work properly and will offer to exchange components should anything need adjustment. Please note that we do not issue refunds for scratch and dent parts.
Zymexx Rear Spoiler
From Zymexx in the Germany, this functional rear spoiler fits the flowing lines of the ND MX-5 Miata beautifully. These wings are hand laid in fiberglass and do require some minimal bodywork and paint before being installed. All of the necessary hardware and drilling template is included. You will need to drill holes in your trunk lid to install this part. The holes for the factory spoiler do not line up with the holes required for this spoiler.
Once the spoiler is installed, most trunk lid carriers will not be compatible. There is no need to relocate or adjust the brake light. If using an OEM or longer antenna, you will need to push it out of the way when opening the trunk. The spoiler clears our Stubby Antenna perfectly! The MX5Things Trunk Popper is also compatible with this spoiler.
Blemish Note
These spoilers were shipped here all the way from Europe. Unfortunately, they did receive some minor cosmetic damage in transit. This is common with imported body parts, and can be easily addressed by the body shop that paints the spoiler.
Free Domestic Shipping
We ship orders every weekday. All orders placed by 2:00 pm PT will ship the same day. You will receive a shipping notification when we print the label for your order. The tracking will not indicate that the order has been shipped until it is picked up and scanned in by the carrier. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PT on Friday will ship on Monday.
