Miata Door Bushings

Increased stiffness in mere seconds.

  • Set of 2 red acetal door bushings.
  • Increased rigidity in the car's weakest spot.
  • Fits all Miata Generations
  • Made in USA.

Stock Status:

Stiff is good.

We all love the Miata, but when it comes to rigidity the car has a lot working against it. It's a two-door convertible, so the middle section is supported in part by the doors and is under a lot of stress. The soft rubber door bushings are an obvious opportunity to improve the situation. These bushings will only take you a few minutes to install, and the results will be obvious the first time you close the door.

Fit and Finish

Here at CravenSpeed our goal is simple: Make the best performing, and best looking parts we possibly can. These bushings are no exception. They are CNC machined in the USA from acetal to ensure high stiffness, and low friction. We chose red to go along with our trim plates, dipstick handle, and battery tie-down.

A cheap way to get a bit of stiffness 5 Star Review

Fitted in only a few minutes and you can certainly feel a bit more rigidity in the car. The door makes more of a thunk when closed and they do look good in red against my grey paint. Worth it for a basic mod to your Miata/MX5.

This is hands-down one of the best things you can do for your ND MX-5! I was skeptical at first, but for $65, why not? I have to say that over bumps, there is a noticeable difference in vibration/jiggle. It's something you have to feel (or not feel!) to believe!
I have been modding cars all my life, and have never had such an inexpensive mod make such an enormous difference. I wouldn't drive an ND without these bushings! Mark W.
