A License Plate Mount That Does Not Damage Your Car The Platypus utilizes the tow hook eye, eliminating the need to drill into a brand new car or aero kit. By using the tow hook, the plate is also easily removable for track days and shows; it takes only 5 minutes to install the first time and after that the entire plate can be rotated around for quick removal. That means if you ever need the tow hook in an emergency the Platypus will not cause you any trouble.

	Position the Plate to Avoid Blocking Airways Once it is bolted to the tow hook, the Platypus is able to be set in a wide array of positions (at least a dozen). Move it up down left or right and choose the way you like it best. This versatility allows you to avoid blocking intercooler and radiator air paths that even the manufacturer sometimes oddly ignores. Sturdy Construction for a Long Part Life This is a good looking and tough unit. It is made from lightweight aircraft aluminum and has enough thickness to make it completely solid. Black Powder Coat and Black Anodize are used to protect the parts and keep them stealth.

This was very easy to install. I received it 2 days after I placed my order and am extremely pleased with Craven customer service. Great idea that it can be mounted in multiple ways and is a quality product. Don't put holes in your bumper...

I ordered the Platypus license plate mount from the web site and it arrived a couple of days later. Went onto the front of my Mini Roadster in about 4 minutes with a screwdriver and crescent wrench. It couldn't be simpler - materials, workmanship and design are excellent -- mounted right to my tow hookup so no holes were drilled in my bumper etc. I couldn't be more pleased and it looks great (multiple mounting holes allow you to get it just the way you want it).

I purchased the Platypus License plate holder because I didn't want the dealer poking holes in my front bumper!! but in the state of Texas they require a front license plate or risk getting a ticket!! I attend car shows and take it off during the event! and pop it back on for the legal drive home! its super easy! just remember not to lose you plastic tow hook cover! so when your at the show you can recover the tow hook hole!! :) best idea on earth!!

First of all, I ordered the product and in 2 days it was at my door step! Second, the product was packed like it was fine jewelry. Nice box and foam to protect the items. The product itself was in perfect condition and was easy to install. Also, the customer service was responsive via email and live chat.
