Occasionally, we get new parts or returns that have cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the functionality of the part. Rather than toss them in the scrap bin, we offer the parts for sale at a deeply discounted price. In many cases, the location of the blemish prevents it from even being seen once the part is installed. Like all of our products, we still guarantee it to be the correct fit and to work properly and will offer to exchange components should anything need adjustment. Please note that we do not issue refunds for scratch and dent parts.
Weak Fan
If you are having problems with your low speed fan on your first generation MINI, then you need this relay kit to fix the bad diode. This will work for both fan units, the one connector harness, or the two connector harness. You just need to wire it in a bit different than the directions show. Very simple and easy to install, and saves you from having to buy a whole new fan assembly at a cost of $290.00!
Check Your Work
The only way to truly test the fan is with one of several special programs on the market. You hook it up to the car, like a code reader, then you can turn the fan speeds on one at a time to make sure they both work. Without this program, you can turn the air conditioning on and let the car idle. The fan will run in low speed for a few seconds, every 60 seconds.

We ship orders every weekday. All orders placed by 2:00 pm PT will ship the same day. You will receive a shipping notification when we print the label for your order. The tracking will not indicate that the order has been shipped until it is picked up and scanned in by the carrier. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PT on Friday will ship on Monday.
