Scratch and Dent?
Occasionally, we get new parts or returns that have cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the functionality of the part. Rather than toss them in the scrap bin, we offer the parts for sale at a deeply discounted price. In many cases, the location of the blemish prevents it from even being seen once the part is installed. Like all of our products, we still guarantee it to be the correct fit and to work properly and will offer to exchange components should anything need adjustment. Please note that we do not issue refunds for scratch and dent parts.
A one-of-a-kind tachometer
For several years CravenSpeed has been focused on designing high quality parts to further refine the interior of the ND MX-5 Miata. This billet alluminum tachometer dial is one of the most impactful parts we have created for the car. It has been precisely machined on every single face to achieve a level of detail that will impress even non-enthusiast passengers. You won't find a more unique product for your ND Miata on the market, and this one promises to put a smile on your face every time you drive it.
PURPLE
In 2018, after interest in the product was shown on a miata.net forum post, we made our first 11 billet tachometer dials. We knew that we wouldn't be able to produce such a complicated piece at a low price point, so instead we decided to go all out with the design and release a limited run of 11 custom dials. All 11 sold within 4 hours.
No mass production here
Each dial is carefully machined in house at CravenSpeed's Portland, OR headquarters from 6061 Aluminum. There are two versions available. The ND1 version has it's redline at 6500 r.p.m. and is compatible with the 2016-2018 Mazda MX-5 Miata ND1. The ND2 version has the redline at 7500 r.p.m. and is compatible with the 2019-2021 Mazda MX-5 Miata ND2. The Installation of the dial is very easy, and should only take a first timer around 15 minutes using very basic hand tools.
Matching Shift Knob Cap
To go with the purple dials, we also did a small batch of purple shift knob caps. These caps fit our ND Miata Shift Knob and are a great accent for the dial!
Free Domestic Shipping
We ship orders every weekday. All orders placed by 2:00 pm PT will ship the same day. You will receive a shipping notification when we print the label for your order. The tracking will not indicate that the order has been shipped until it is picked up and scanned in by the carrier. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PT on Friday will ship on Monday.
