Our approach to designing the best vehicle phone mounts is centered around 3 core principles. Firstly, we are very skeptical of most universal fitment mounts on the market. Things like suction cups, vent clips, or stick on mounts aren't designed specifically for your MX-5 Miata RF. They can fall off very easily and don't keep your device safe. Our preference is to design mounts with specific vehicle fitment. For the Mazda MX-5 Miata RF, we have designed an aluminum ring which installs between any of the A/C vents and the dashboard. This provides an extremely secure and easy to access attachment point and ensures that our mount can never fall off.

True 15 Watt Qi2 Charging

Our CravenSpeed Qi2 Charger is compatible with any Qi2 device including Apple MagSafe and Google Pixelsnap devices. The magnetic conncetion provides secure and convenient mounting as well as full speed 15 watt Qi2 charging. For non-Qi2 devices, an adhesive metal ring is included, and does allow wireless charging. Simply attach the ring to your device aligned with the wireless charging coil. Due to varying mounting locations and in an effort to reduce waste, a USB-C cable is not included.
