We just want to make the process as easy as possible. To request a return label, just send us an email. We might try to solve your problem first, but can you blame us? Return Policy

Sales Tax

Beginning at the end of 2017, our small business has been required to register to collect and remit sales tax to various states. Although our only office is in Oregon, a state without sales tax, each state has its own definition of sales tax 'nexus'. Most often, we cross the nexus threshold in a state because we send more than 200 shipments into that state. The Supreme court found this form of 'economic nexus' to be legal in the summer of 2018.

Wayfair vs South Dakota

Although it is a burden for you, as well as our little enterprise, it is important for us to follow the laws of every state and pay our fair share.

Shipping

We are happy to offer free shipping on all domestic orders. We will use the cheapest method available. We typically use USPS First Class Mail, which generally takes 1-3 business days. If an order weighs in over one pound, it will ship via USPS Priority mail which is generally 1-2 business days. All Platypus mounts will ship via Priority Mail.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping times for you based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, delivery date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

All orders placed by 2:00 pm PST M-F will ship the same day. Any order placed after 2:00 pm PST on M-F or on the weekend, will ship the next business day. If you have any delivery time constraints, contact us and we'll do our best to work with you to ensure your package is delivered on time.
