Return Policy

We want to be the easiest company you ever work with. We will gladly take your return for any reason, FREE of charge, and no hard feelings.
  • We accept returns for 1 year (after 60 days only store credit may be available)
  • We will refund you your full purchase price (Unless the item has been grossly disfigured)
  • We will supply you with a free domestic return label

Return Instructions

Step One: Contact Us

Email support@cravenspeed.com or hit the chat button. Rob, Logan, or myself (Kellen) will be glad to help you out. We will want to know 2 things:
  • Your Order ID
  • Can we resolve the problem for you?
Once we have that info we can email you a pre-paid return label.

Step Two: Ship it back

Put the item back in its original packaging. If that box came inside another box please use both when shipping back. Print the return label and tape it to the box. Give it to your friendly neighborhood postal worker or drop it at the post office.

Step Three: Wait for $

It should take about 3 days for the item to get back to our fancy world headquarters. Then, since we don’t get many returns, Caleb processes them only two days a week. Your CC company should have the funds back to you the day after we process. Basically, the longest the whole things should take is 10 days.

Return Policy notes

  • We can accept returns from Amazon, Wal-Mart, and obviously, our own store. We accept eBay returns, as long as we are the seller of the item. If you purchased anywhere else please contact the seller first.
  • We can accept damaged returns. You may have caused the damage but that could be our fault. Just be honest, we are easy to deal with.
  • We can accept returns without the original packaging too. Seriously, we are easy to work with.
  • If it has been more than 60 days we will do what we can to process a refund, but the merchant processing systems do limit us.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping times for you based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, delivery date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
The majority of orders are packed and handed off to the shipping carrier the next day after they are placed. The following chart estimates the shipping times after the carrier has received the shipment. If you have any delivery time constraints, contact us and we'll do our best to work with you to ensure your package is delivered on time.
